Saturday, March 1, 2025

  • At 10:30 am, re-enactment of Napoleon's landing at Golfe-Juan, Plage du Soleil, with skiffs, pointus and sailboats. Troops review, followed by a parade of 350 Napoleonic soldiers in period uniforms, around 11 a.m.
  • At 3pm, re-enactment of the Battle of Ulm (1805).
  • At 6pm, "Le Soleil d'Austerlitz" show.

Sunday, March 2, 2025

  • At 10:30 am, re-enactment of the famous battle of Austerlitz.

All weekend

Animations at the imperial village on the Old Port, Avenue des Frères Roustan.

  • Conferences (french language)
    12:00: Conference by Gaston Leroux-Lenci, historian, general secretary of the Souvenir napoléonien, "Pauvre Docteur Guillotin!"
    2:00 pm: Lecture by Jean Fontanelli, "Golfe-Juan, le 1er mars 1815".
    5:00 pm: Lecture by Eric Teyssier, University professor and writer,
    "Napoleon and the 100 days".
  • Tour of the bivouac, with historical tents and Napoleonic soldiers.
  • Exhibitions, piano concerts "Napoléon, mécène des Arts" by Julien Belmonte, 19th-century imperial dances, period weapons, etc.
